Service Pack 3 must be installed before applying this hot fix.
This release serves as an update to Service Pack 3.
SP3HF3 includes SP3HF1 and SP3HF2.

NOTE: The delta of SP3HF2 and SP3HF3 is only a vACS.exe change affecting
RTP audio received from a remote vACS and processed as a
delayed page.
